Ayurvedic Body Massage (Abhyangam)

Abhyangam Ayurvedic Body massage .

The massage taught on this course helps balance the three body doshas – Vata (wind), Pitta (bile or blood) and Kapha (mucous) – the Tridoshas. The Tridoshas is unique to Ayurveda and constitutes the chemical nature of every living organism.

Ayurveda is the ancient holistic system of health from India which has been practiced for over 5000 years.

Ayurvedic treatments involve establishing an individual’s constitution and the nature of the imbalance and then seeking to return the individual’s body and mind to a state of healthy balance.

Different type of ayurvedic oil and their benefits

The Marmas and their benefits

The massage sequence

Duration It will take 6 hrs of training.
Training Fee – $650 plus Gst
